It refers to index result from Ease of Doing Business (EDB) 2017 which has been released by Asia Competitiveness Institute (ACI).
Jakarta PMPTSP Dept. Head, Edy Junaedi Harahap explained that in ACI report is mentioned that in EDB Index ABC and What-if Simulation, Jakarta has score 2,390. It is the highest between 33 provinces in Indonesia.

According to him, ACI report is excellence in doing data analysis. Not just identifying it as a whole, but it also analizes it specifically.
He added, through what-if simulation, it can be assessed that province competitiveness rating is increased or skip province skill to improve its weakness indicators.
